Mary Brown is a Godsent! There are not enough words to express my gratitude for all that she has done for my family and myself. She came into our lives around the 3rd year after Dad had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, and he had undergone several surgeries which caused him to need additional rehab and more assistance with one-on-one help.
Someone had referred Mary to me at the perfect time. I was being pressured by the hospital for discharge and I felt like I was drowning when trying to sort through all the material on different rehab and assisted living programs, in an attempt to make the best decision for my Dad.
Mary is absolutley amazing; she is one of a kind!
Mary is very professional and goes above and beyond. As an only child, I had no siblings to bounce ideas off of or cry to them about my frustrations and fears… but Mary gladly stepped into that role for me. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. Mary made herself available to me anytime (day or night); she treated my father and I like family, not just another name on a chart.
When I had questions, she pushed to get the answers for me; when I had concerns, she fought to get them addressed and/or resolved.
Mary did not act on my father’s best interest just once, Dad got admitted into the hospital a couple of times and she was there EACH TIME pushing for Dad’s best interest… she helped me narrow down the best options available and supported me when I pushed back because I knew my Dad deserved better.
I thank God that He put her in our lives. I always recommend Mary to my friends and family, and if your family is looking for someone to help with a loved one I would recommend no one else but Mary Brown too.
