Due to too many reasons to lists, I needed to move my 96 y/old blind Mother who also has dementia to a new facility. Praise GOD a childhood friend told me about Denise Fuller and gave me her number!! I called Denise, we set up a time to talk, she spent over an hour with me on the phone hearing all of my concerns of what Mom needed and was not getting, as well as her medical needs and our budget.

Denis Fuller was the answer to my prayers!
In March of 2019 my mother totaled her brand new car. She then received care to help her start walking. However, she was rushed to leave and the assumption was that she would gave home healthcare continue care in her home. This turned out not to be the case. She instead held off calling the Home Healthcare until the house was more presentable. As this situation festered my mother’s legs atrophied. She was in sever trouble. I living s few states away had no idea of the situation. Once I discovered the situation I reached out to Denise and found her extremely helpful, professional and available after hours in some cases. She went the extra mile helping me with referrals for other services beyond her normal situation.

I have never written a review for anyone or anything, but after one phone call with Denise Fuller of Elite Senior Placement Services, I knew I would be writing my first review! We urgently needed to find an assisted living facility for my 95-year-old mother-in-law after she suddenly ended up in the hospital. Living out-of-town, we were unsure how we would find not just a facility, but the right facility without spending weeks researching and visiting facilities.
Lucky for us, the hospital social worker gave us Denise’s contact information with an enthusiastic recommendation. I called Denise on a Thursday morning. Within 2 hours she came back with five facilities with current openings – and then proceeded to schedule tours for us to see all five on Thursday and Friday. After touring the facilities, she thoughtfully and expertly helped guide us on making the best decision for my mother-in-law. By Wednesday, my mother-in-law was moved into her new home settling in.

I reached out to Mary with Elite Senior Services as I was grappling with the difficult decision to move my father from TN to GA to help care for him and his declining health. I knew what I needed to do, but I didn’t know where to start. After our first phone call, Mary gave me the assurance I was doing the right thing for the well-being of my father and she guided me every step of the way to find him the best community that fit his needs. I could not have done this with out her expertise, honesty, and personal touch in a very difficult time. And once I moved my dad to GA, if I needed her, she was there for us. Mary was referred to me by NEGA Hospice and what an absolute angel she is. I was having to navigate uncharted waters on a fast timeline as far as finding a safe, caring facility for my Mother. I didn’t know what I didn’t know, but Mary swooped in and did all the legwork and research for me and we found a place that was within budget and was very reputable. FIVE STARS from me…and I don’t give them often. 🙂
As others have written, Denise Fuller does a thorough job of helping you find the right place for your parent. It is a difficult evaluating the available facilities. Denise asks you questions to enable you to come to decision that you comfortable making. She doesn’t stop helping you after the move in. Denise promptly answers all your questions on the best way to get your parent comfortable in their new home.
Mary Brown is an Angel. She, and Elite Senior Placement services, provide screening, vetting, advice and support through the arduous process of finding the best Senior Living facility for your loved ones. I am very grateful for her help and guidance in finding the perfect fit for my mom. Her knowledge of the industry as well as her familiarity with the local care facilities steers you toward the best options available. My mom is very happy, and that means everything.
Mary Brown is a Godsent! There are not enough words to express my gratitude for all that she has done for my family and myself. She came into our lives around the 3rd year after Dad had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, and he had undergone several surgeries which caused him to need additional rehab and more assistance with one-on-one help.
Someone had referred Mary to me at the perfect time. I was being pressured by the hospital for discharge and I felt like I was drowning when trying to sort through all the material on different rehab and assisted living programs, in an attempt to make the best decision for my Dad.

I worked with Elite Senior Placement and Mary on securing a Rehabilitation Facility for my Father in a bit of a crisis situation. Mary is one of the most wonderfully caring and patient women you will meet. She is extremely knowledgeable in elder care options and can help guide you through the taxing sea of options available to your loved one. There was never a time that she was not on the other end of a call or text. She was always willing to give me advice, help with information, make calls on our behalf or just be a listening ear when things were not going well. The work she and ESPS do is a work of the heart, born of true compassion for families and their loved ones. It makes all the difference when you know someone that has been in your shoes is willing to help! I could never thank her enough!

I cannot say enough great things about Mary & Elite Senior Placement Services. I live in a different state from my mom and was getting nowhere with trying to figure out an appropriate placement for her. The hospital case managers were a little help but we were not having any success. I called Mary at the recommendation of one of the case managers and by that same afternoon she had found a place that was perfect for my mom and financially within her means. Mary was professional, caring, & knowledgeable & understood the unique situation we were in being out of state. I highly recommend them & even shared with some hospital staff their information as well! If I could have given them more stars I would have. Top notch.
A friend recommended that I call Denise Fuller when I realized that I was not able to take care of my brother anymore. Denise was a godsend! I told her what my brother’s needs are and that I wanted him to be nearby so that I can visit him. By the next day she had secured a place for him in a memory care facility which is only 5 miles from my house. I contacted her over the next few days with my questions and concerns, and she was always able to provide answers and reassurance. Denise is amazing!
Denise Fuller is great and we are so thankful for her help. Mom got to the point of requiring 24 hr care. We didn’t know where to start. We gave Denise some info on mom’s needs and financial status and she quickly came back with options and suggested facilities. Denise also informed us of the VA Aid and Attendance benefit mom qualifies for. Denise is always available for questions, feedback and guidance. Mom is now in assisted living and she loves it!! In trying to find a place for my brother-in-law for Memory Care. I had the opportunity to work with a wonderful lady, Denise Fuller. Rarely does someone have the blessing of the kind of help this sweet lady provided to me. There are not enough words to describe her kindness, knowledge, and expertise in this field. For one of the hardest decisions made in life. She provided more concern than I could ever imagine.

I can’t say enough about Mary Brown and Elite Senior Placement…I got her name from a case worker at the hospital to help find Home Care for my mother…when your put in a scary situation that you can’t help and not sure what to do it was a blessing to have someone you have never met step in and help with such a loving and caring way that you felt like she was your best friend…Mary took control and made my sister and I feel so at ease and comfortable that everything was going to be alright. I would highly recommend Mary and Elite Senior Placement she was definitely our Guardian Angel.
